Reservation Guidelines:
We are thrilled to have you experience the magic of Twinkle Christmas Pop-Up! For groups of eight or fewer, reservations are offered online only through our website. There is no reservation fee. If you have a group over eight or interested in a Christmas Party in our private room locations, our Jolly Sales Elves are here!
For groups, the policy is as follows: parties of nine to fifteen have one check per party with no splits, including alcohol. An 20% automatic service fee will apply to your check in the restaurants, and a 22% service fee will apply to our private room contracted rooms. Reservation durations are as follows: eight guests or fewer receive a 1.5-hour reservation window, larger groups have a 2-hour window, and private events held in dedicated rooms can extend to 3 hours or more, as needed. Large party bookings and private rooms require a credit card on file and may also require a food and beverage minimum, and deposit based on the date, time and location requested. All reservations include a 15-minute grace period; if you are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be canceled, and you’ll be added to the wait list.
